Springridge Farm is Ontario's favourite destination for local and delicious fine foods. Grandma Hughes was a master jam and preserve-maker who taught us how to make jams, relishes, chutneys, dressings and sauces. For over 35 years we have been turning the harvest into preserves for our customers.
Our gourmet foods team makes preserves from scratch, in small batches, in our farm kitchen. We love to try new flavours and in recent years we have become known for our salad dressings, red pepper jellies, tapenades, salsas and marinades. We know how much you love to entertain and we love to help!

This specialty preserve connects Canada from coast-to-coast in a single jar. The exclusive recipe is made in our farm kitchen and includes strawberries grown right here at Springridge Farm, west coast raspberries, east coast wild blueberries and a splash of Canadian sparkling wine. Canada 150 Jam is now available at the farm.
Springridge Farm made headlines with their Royal Jam Series (2011-2013), which included Royal Wedding Marmalade (orange with a splash of champagne), Diamond Jubilee Jam (strawberry with a splash of champagne) and Royal Baby Jam (strawberry & blueberry with a splash of champagne). These jams were featured on CTV News, Wedding Bells Magazine, The Toronto Sun, The Today Show, West of the City Magazine, CHCH News, The Hamilton Spectator, The British Canadian Newspaper and more!
Other limited edition preserves include Mother's Day Marmalade, Holiday Jam, Merry Cherry Jam and Christmas Marmalade.
