Springridge Farm Preserves
Springridge Farm is Ontario's favourite destination for local and delicious fine foods. Grandma Hughes was a master jam and preserve-maker who taught us how to make jams, relishes, chutneys, dressings and sauces. For over 35 years we have been turning the harvest into preserves for our customers.
Our gourmet foods team makes preserves from scratch, in small batches, in our farm kitchen. We love to try new flavours and in recent years we have become known for our salad dressings, red pepper jellies, tapenades, salsas and marinades. We know how much you love to entertain and we love to help!
In 2017, we released our limited edition Canada 150 Jam. This specialty preserve connected Canada from coast-to-coast in a single jar with ingredients from across the country. Canada's Prime Minister and Her Majesty The Queen both awknowledged our Canada 150 Jam!
Springridge Farm made headlines with our Royal Jam Series (2011-2013), which included Royal Wedding Marmalade (orange with a splash of champagne), Diamond Jubilee Jam (strawberry with a splash of champagne) and Royal Baby Jam (strawberry & blueberry with a splash of champagne). These jams were featured on CTV News, Wedding Bells Magazine, The Toronto Sun, The Today Show, West of the City Magazine, CHCH News, The Hamilton Spectator, The British Canadian Newspaper and more!
Other limited edition preserves include Mother's Day Marmalade, Holiday Jam, Merry Cherry Jam and Christmas Marmalade.
